Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the personal nature of our handmade skincare products, all sales are final on opened or used items.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return if requested within 5 days of delivery. Return approval is required before sending any item back. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

Tallow Product Care

Our tallow-based products are made without synthetic stabilizers and naturally respond to temperature changes. Exposure to temperatures above approximately 75–80°F may cause softening or melting during transit or after delivery.

Changes in texture do not affect product quality or effectiveness. Melting due to heat exposure is not considered a defect and is not eligible for refund or replacement.

We recommend storing products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.


Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

We will request photographic documentation  and order number to evaluate the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
