Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Becoming is not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier directly.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
During warmer months, our natural tallow-based products may soften in transit. Texture changes do not affect product quality or effectiveness. Melting due to heat exposure is not considered a defect.
